Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in date.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
• UK time is used when cancelling a booking.

Unfortunately we cannot take babies or young children, although we welcome children of 3 and above.
